PENERAPAN STRATEGI PICTURE WORD INDUCTIVE MODEL GUNA MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR DALAM MENYUSUN TEKS DESKRIPTIF BERBAHASA INGGRIS BAGI SISWA KELAS VII/A SMP NEGERI 3 PRAYA TAHUN AJARAN 2014/2015

Abstract


PTK dengan 3 siklus dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penerapan media   Picture   Word   Inductive   Model   dalam pembelajaran menulis deskriptife terhadap siswa kelas VII/a SMPN 3 Praya tahun 2014/2015, metode pengumpulan data secara triangulasi: Observasi, interview, dan dokumentasi.Hasilnya, siklus pertama 15 siswa (39,47%) yang bisa mendiskripsikan benda tertentu dengan benar. Pada siklus 25  siswa (65,79%) yang berhasil mendiskripsikan orang tertentu dengan benar. Pada siklus ke tiga, 20 siswa (52,63 %) yang berhasil belajar aktif. Disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran menulis berbahasa Inggris menggunakan   media   Picture   Word   Inductive   Model   dapat   meningkatkan ketrampilan  siwa kelas VII/a SMPN 3 Praya tahun 2014/2015 dalam mendiskripsikan benda/orang/tempat tertentu.

Abstract:  PTK with 3 cycles implemented to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of media Picture Word Inductive Model in learning descriptive writing to students of class VII / a SMPN 3 Praya year 2014/2015, data collection methods in triangulation: Observation, interview, and documentation. students (39.47%) who can describe certain objects correctly. In cycle 25 students (65,79%) who successfully describe certain person correctly. In the third cycle, 20 students (52.63%) were successful in active learning. It was concluded that English speaking learning using Picture Word Inductive Model can improve the skill of class VII / a student of SMPN 3 Praya in 2014/2015 in describing certain object / person / place.
