Abstract


This research was conducted based on the different focus of discussion about the triggers of job satisfaction and employee performance. In addition, there are also research problems (research problems) regarding positive searches that are not matched by an increase in the performance of employees who have experienced a decline in performance in 2019, namely the high level of substandard and non-performing loans that exceed the target limit set by the LPD. This research was conducted in the LPD in South Denpasar District, with a total population and sample of 110 LPD employees. All data obtained from the distribution of the questionnaires used were analyzed using PLS 3.0. The results showed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, communication had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work-life balance marketing had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. employee performance is significant, work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a partially mediating effect between emotional intelligence on employee performance, job satisfaction has a partial mediating effect between communication on employee performance. Employee performance and job satisfaction have a partial mediating effect between work-life balance and employee performance.
