PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN ORANG TUA DAN BUDAYA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KARAKTER SISWA

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the effect of parental education level and school culture on the character of fifth grade students of SD Negeri Cikuya 01. This research uses Non Probability Sampling Technique with saturated sampling, namely the sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Sources of research data can be sourced from primary data, namely questionnaires (questionnaire). The analysis technique used multiple linear regression with simultaneous hypothesis test (F test) and partial test (t test). The result of multiple regression test shows Y = 24,708 + 0,522 X1 + 0,831 X2. The results showed that the Parental Education Level variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on the character of the fifth grade students of SD Negeri Cikuya 01. The variable of school culture (X2) had a positive and significant effect on the character of the fifth grade students of SD Negeri Cikuya 01. parents and school culture have a positive and significant effect together on the character of grade V SD Negeri Cikuya 01. The coefficient of determination is 0.442, this means that the ability of the independent variable in explaining the dependent variable is 44.2%, the remaining 55.8% is explained by other factors not examined.
