DAMPAK DARI ETOS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. KARYA BHAKTI MANUNGGAL

Abstract


The purpose of this study is to see the impact of work ethic on the performance of employees of PT. Karya Bhakti Manunggal with a total of 55 employees. The results of the analysis carried out by validity and reliability tests found that the data research instrument was valid with a correlation result> 0.30 and reliable (reliable)> 0.70, the normality test showed that the 2-tailed (2-tailed) test value of the two variables was > 0, 05, which means that the research variables are normally distributed. The work ethic ability in explaining employee performance is 30%, while the remaining variables are explained for other reasons not discussed in this study. The simple regression equation shows the positive influence of work ethic variables on employee performance Y = 22.354 + 0.568X, then the partial hypothesis test (t test) shows that work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance.
