MOTIVASI KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
Factors that can encourage increased productivity of human resources are efforts to increase adequate work motivation and environmental support and institutional appreciation of its employees. This research uses a qualitative approach. Where this research uses a natural setting with the intention of interpreting the phenomena that occur and is carried out by involving existing methods. The result of this discussion is that work motivation and work environment for employee performance can be characterized by the provision of adequate environmental facilities as well as company appreciation and support for employees that can increase the progress of employee performance optimally.
