IMPLEMENTASI UNDANG-UNDANG NO 17 TAHUN 2019 TENTANG SUMBER DAYA AIR DI PROVINSI BALI

Abstract

Natural resources are everything that comes from nature that can be utilized or used in meeting human daily needs. One of the most important natural resources is water resources. Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2019 concerning Water Resources has regulated the management and use of Groundwater Resources. In this Law, it is explained that in the utilization of Groundwater Resources for the purposes of a business, a permit must be obtained for its utilization. Excessive use of groundwater can cause environmental damage by reducing the amount of groundwater discharge for settlements around groundwater drilling which also causes losses to the state. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of field studies, namely data collection through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The location of this research was carried out at xxxx. In the implementation of the policy, four elements are needed so that the implementation of the policy goes well, including communication, resources, bureaucratic structure, and disposition. For researchers who want to know how the government and society can implement Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2019 concerning Water Resources using Edward III's method. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2019 in Bali Province has not run optimally due to the lack of socialization provided by the government regarding the procedures for implementing permits for the use of groundwater resources for business actors in Bali Province
