PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN PEMBERDAYAAN KARYAWAN TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN MELALUI INOVASI

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui inovasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian verifikatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan kuesioner pada 153 responden manajer dari perusahaan-perusahaan menengah dan besar yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Lombok Barat yang berasal dari 10 (sepuluh) Kecamatan (Sekotong, Lembar, Gerung, Kuripan, Kediri, Labuapi, Lingsar, Narmada, Gunungsari dan Batu Layar). Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan software General Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). Penelitian ini menghasilkan hubungan baru yaitu kepemimpinan transformasional secara organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Variabel yang paling dominan dalam menentukan kinerja perusahaan adalah kepemimpinan transformasional karena memiliki pengaruh yang paling kuat terhadap kinerja perusahaan
