UJI HEPATITIS B STICK DALAM PEMANTAUAN TINGKAT ENDEMISITAS DAN UPAYA PENCEGAHAN PENYEBARAN HEPATITIS B PADA KELOMPOK MASYARAKAT (IBU HAMIL)

Abstract


Background: Hepatitis B is an infectious disease caused by Hepatitis B Virus (VHB) that causes acute or chronic liver inflammation, and may progress to cirrhosis or liver cancer. Maternal mortality and infant mortality rate in Pringgasela is low information and education to the public about hepatitis B disease, Low laboratory service access Handling of Hepatitis B cases in pregnant women and maternity mothers is still low as the basic background of the problem.
Purpose: Pengabmas aims to Improve public understanding about the overview of Hepatits B cases in pregnant women and maternity mothers by doing examination and counseling about Hepatitis B. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. Result pengabmas: The results show from 31 respondents (pregnant women) who there are 2 positive  and 29 are negative. The Hb level is average12,8 gr / dl, HCT value 41,33% and erythrocyte average 4,47 x 106. The result shows that Hb,HCT level, stiil in normal limits. Blood test results for the detection of hepatitis virus for a positive then immediately reported to PKM Pringgasela for follow-up. It is advisable for healthcare to forward more targets for evaluation and monitoring of pregnant women with positive Hepatitis virus in endemic areas.
