ANALISIS PERSEPSI CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) DAN ORGANIZATION CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR TOWARD ENVIRONMENT (OCBE) DENGAN VARIABEL INTERVENING GREEN ORGANIZATIONAL IDENTITY (GOI)

Abstract


Tujuan studi ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh CSR terhadap OCBE dengan GOI sebagai variabel intervening karyawan perusahaan jasa dan manufaktur dikota Semarang. Studi ini didasarkan pada pendekatan Teori Identitas Sosial dan Teori Pertukaran Sosial. CSR yang dilakukan perusahaan terkait dengan lingkungan  dengan menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat dan aman, mengelola limbah dengan baik, menciptakan produk-produk yang ramah lingkungan dan sebagainya. Kegiatan atau program CSR lingkungan mampu memberikan nilai yang sesuai dengan nilai karyawan yang memberikan identitas diri bagi karyawan yang dimunculkan dalam bentuk GOI . Pendekatan Teori Pertukaran Sosial menunjukkan bahwa jika karyawan merasa senang  bekerja di organisasi, maka perilaku sukarela akan muncul dalam variabel OCBE. Responden dalam penelitian adalah karyawan perusahaan manufaktur dan jasa berjumlah 85 karyawan. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi dan sobel test untuk menguji variabel mediasi. Berdasarkan analisis regresi diketahui bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan terdapat pengaruh CSR terhadap OCBE dan pengaruh GOI  terhadap OCBE diterima, namun hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa varibel GOI  sebagai variabel intervening ditolak
