COMMUNITY BASED TOURISM: SOLUSI MENGATASI PROBLEMA SOSIAL DAN BUDAYA MELALUI PENGEMBANGAN PARIWISATA MANDALIKA LOMBOK TENGAH

Abstract


This study is aimed to provide solution of social and culture problems which involve local community throughout Community Based Tourism development in Mandalika Resort-Lombok Tengah. Specifically, it attempt to combat criminality on the tourists’, to alleviate poverty and to decrease unemployment. The finding of this study presented that intervention program for social and culure problems were designed. Potencies of area and community also were identified as well as the pattern of community involvement. Finally, model of community based tourism were proposes in efforts to obtain the intellectual rights.
