IMPLEMENTASI ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING TERHADAP PERBAIKAN AKREDITASI PUSKESMAS DI KABUPATEN BULELENG-BALI

Abstract


This study aims to determine the implementation of organizational learning towards improving the accreditation of Puskesmas in Buleleng Regency. This research uses a mix method that involves 5 puskesmas. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents taken by purposive sampling. Data analysis was processed descriptively and tested using chi square test. Based on the results of the study note that the implementation of organizational learning has not been implemented optimally in the Buleleng District Health Center. This is evident that not all Puskesmas have achieved Main and Full Accreditation. While 40% of puskesmas accreditations are still at the intermediate level, 40% at the primary level and 10% at the plenary level. The results of the analysis of 100 respondents stated that organizational learning was in the good category. In addition, there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational learning and the achievement of puskesmas accreditation in Buleleng Regency.
