DAMPAK KONSUMSI MAKANAN ORGANIK DALAM MENINGKATKAN GIZI MASYARAKAT : SEBUAH TINJAUAN

Abstract


Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir minat masyarakat akan makanan yang bersumber dari pertanian organik semakin meningkat.Hal ini didasari oleh keinginan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan makanan yang lebih sehat, alami dan yang paling penting bebas dari segala bentuk penggunan pestisida dan bahan kimia berbahaya lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak menkonsumsi makanan organik dalam meningkatkan gizi masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa makanan organik memang lebih sehat dalam cara pola tanamnya dan dari penelitian terbatas didapatkan bahwa makanan organik memang memiliki kandungan gizi yang lebih tinggi.
