PENGELOLAAN BAHAN BAKU PRODUKSI KONSENTRAT DI PT. FORTUNA MEGAH PERKASA

Abstract

Management of raw materials for the production of concentrates is the process of making cow feed, which mixes various types of raw materials. The production process of making concentrates is growing, starting with the manual system to the technology system. This final project activity enhances the ability of students to study the processing process of raw materials for making concentrates applied at PT. Fortuna Megah Perkasa, Bogor West Java. The method used in the implementation of this final project is direct practice, interviews, documentation and literature study. Concentrate production process applied at PT. Fortuna Megah Perkasa includes weighing raw materials based on the ration formulation set by the company. The first activity is weighing this raw material, namely taking raw materials in a warehouse, then weighing based on the number of rations in a single production process. The second activity is to enter the raw material that has been weighed into the mixer, after the extraction process is complete, the concentrates are packed in sacks with the weight per sack of 30 kg, after packaging the concentrate is stored in a designated place.
