TINJUAN WAKTU PENYEDIAAN DOKUMEN REKAM MEDIS RAWAT JALAN DI UNIT REKAM MEDIS RSUPN DR. CIPTO MANGUNKUSUMO

Abstract


Fast and precise service is what consumers want. The speed of providing medical record documents to the clinic can be an indicator in measuring satisfaction. Based on a preliminary study at the RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo found that the provision of medical record documents was not optimal and experienced delays. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data used are 272 outpatient medical record documents which are measured when they are provided. The documents are obtained for 5 working days, starting Monday-Friday from 07.00-12.00. This data is grouped into groups of 30 minutes of provisioning time and groups of > 30 minutes of provisioning time. Then an in-depth interview was conducted with the chief medical record coordinator to get an overview of the provision of time for medical record documents > 30 minutes. Found as many as 196 or 72% of medical record documents with a provision time of 30 minutes, while 76 or 28% of medical record documents with time of provision > 30 minutes. The factors causing the time of providing medical record documents > 30 minutes are errors in storing medical record documents, the occurrence of disturbances in the computer system and tracer. The results of this study can be used as an evaluation material for Dr. RSUPN. Cipto Mangunkusumo to improve the provision of outpatient medical records.
